I don't think there's any rollover. The spike is ON Halloween. It's at the end of the month, so it looks like it's in Nov, but I don't think it is.

why does she insist on wearing clothes that make her look (even more) like a rectangle??
if we ignore for a minute that this look (sequins +denim) has been done to death over the past few years, it would look so much better if the skirt were either a knee or just below knee-length pencil shape (like this one), or more of a swishy, voluminous shape (like this one, jcrew circa 2008).

I get rolling up sleeves (i hate long sleeves) and I understand wanting your shirt under neath it to pop out a bit, but it's just supposed to be a little bit! At this length it looks like her shirt shrunk and now its at this awkward not long and not 3/4 length.

Crap, you guys. My go-to slightly dressed up holiday look involves basically a different version of all these pieces. Am I okay if I don't do crazy things with my sleeves and wear a bubble necklaces? I thought I looked cute but now I'm questioning every fashion choice I've ever made because I accidentally twinsied with Quirk.

The great thing about cobblers is that they will save your shoes for pennies on the dollar. Yeah, it's an expense, but so minimal compared to buying new shoes constantly. My shoes aren't in new condition, but he gets it as close as possible.
I know Messi can afford to have her shoes repaired. Well, probably not those brown boots… they're beyond fixable. But if she'd take them in at the first signs of trouble, she'd look so much more polished. This blog is, after all, her job.
Oh, here are a list of cobblers in Bloomington, in case she thinks they don't exist.

This is kinda OT, but I spent some time reading the back annals of the lovepuppy tumblr and MAN, y'all. Jessica got fat and boring pretty much the second she started dating Quirk. She gave up the vegan thing, she stopped posting anything of her own thoughts/feelings and began posting only decor ideas looking for his opinion, etc. It's kind of ridiculous how obvious the switch was. Brooklyn Jessica was full of herself and kinda crazy but at least she was entertaining and silly hot. JESSICA WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU?

Oh yeah, I love my cobbler. Sure, I've ruined some shoes beyond repair (I don't buy suede or pony hair because they're too delicate), but my scuffed soles and toes? Totally fixable.

that sweater is gross. my grandmother used to have a light pink sweater like that in the 80s, we called it the zit sweater.
this is part of her wardrobe challenge… obviously the dress no longer fits properly without layering/distorting.

I DID like this. I thought she looked like she'd slimmed down and was happy that she didn't match her shoes to her tights.

originally used on upholstery, it's the general name for the product protecting fabrics from stains. i use the term like kleenex or white out. "kiwi protect all" is the leather/suede shoe protector i have right now… i still call it scotchgard, though.
